Noah Commerford, MBA
President & CEO

Noah was born in Salida, Colorado and grew up in Pueblo West, Colorado. He is a proud graduate of Pueblo West High School and Colorado State University-Pueblo where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management, with a marketing emphasis, along with a minor in economics, and his master’s degree in business administration. Noah also earned a course certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies through Harvard’s online Business School.

Noah joined the Latino Chamber in March of 2021 as the Supporting Pueblo Coordinator and in January of 2022 was appointed as the Assistant President & CEO. In March of 2022, Noah was appointed as the organization's President & CEO. In his position, Noah is responsible for budgeting, administrative and financial management, fundraising, hiring and training personnel, building partnerships throughout the state of Colorado and surrounding region, managing the office building, overseeing all events and programs, and ultimately making decisions to better the Latino Chamber as well as the small business community in Pueblo.

In addition to his work at the Latino Chamber, Noah has worked with the Pueblo Business Economic Recovery Team (BERT) and the Healy Center, through the Hasan School of Business at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Noah currently serves on the Advisory Council/Gold Panel for Pueblo Community College and the board of directors for Runyon Sports Complex, Chavez Huerta Preparatory Academy, and PEDCO.

In his free time, Noah enjoys watching sports, working out, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, learning, and finding ways to contribute to change in Pueblo. Noah aspires to be a business owner and a political leader in Pueblo in the near future.

Aden Martinez

Aden was born in Littleton, Colorado and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He was a concurrent 2018 graduate of Pueblo South High School and the Centennial Health Academy. He currently attends Colorado State University Pueblo where he is seeking a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in Marketing. His graduation date for his undergraduate degree is set for Spring 2024 with an anticipated acceptance into CSU Pueblo’s Master of Social Work Program.

Aden joined the Latino Chamber in May of 2023 as the Membership & Events Intern and was appointed as the Business Development Coordinator in April of 2024 where he offers his experience through service. He wishes to meet the needs and concerns of small businesses and, in turn, enhance the quality of life for the greater pueblo community. In his role he will act as a liaison between member organizations and the Latino Chamber, and assist in event management, while providing administrative support to members of the Chamber.

Aden serves as the Treasurer of the LatinX Student Union where he practices advocating for underrepresented minority communities at-large such as undocumented and Hispanic/Latino populations. Aden is a member of the student organization, Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. at CSU Pueblo, where they dedicate themselves to meet the needs and concerns of the local community through service. Aden now serves as a Team Lead with the Center for Health Progress in order to practice advocacy.

In his spare time, Aden works as a stage technician through the Pueblo Memorial Hall and at CSU Pueblo’s Hoag Hall where he enjoys bringing events to life and meeting community members. In his free time, Aden enjoys attending events in the community, reminiscing with old friends, volunteering at local food pantries, attending concerts, and tending to his garden.

Cecilia SaldaƱa

Cecilia was born and raised in Las Animas, Colorado and has lived in Pueblo for more than 20 years. For college, Cecilia attended Pueblo Community College as well as the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. She has a diverse background in early childhood education, restaurant and food services, and non-profits.

Cecilia joined the Latino Chamber in May of 2024 as the Administrative Office Assistant. In her position, Cecilia is responsible for greeting and directing office visitors, preparing the office and team for meetings and events, communicating with members over the phone, organizing office files, maintaining the office building, and helping the team as well as Chamber members in any way she can.

Prior to working with the Latino Chamber, Cecilia has worked in several industries including food services, education, and childhood development. In her previous roles, Cecilia worked as a Food Preparer, Pre-School Teacher, Day Care Provider, Kitchen Manager, and Business Manager.

In her free time, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, gardening, traveling, and spending time in the Colorado outdoors. Cecilia is a mother to three wonderful children, Chavela, Ramon, and Raul.

Shanae

Shanae was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. She lived in Germany for 4 years and enjoys traveling. She attended East Hight School, Pueblo Community College, and Colorado State University Pueblo.Ā 

Shanae joined the Latino Chamber in May of 2026 as the Administrative Office Assistant. In her position, Shanae is responsible for membership engagement, assisting with special events and programs, greeting and directing office visitors, digital marketing activities, maintaining the office building, and helping the team as well as Chamber members any which way she can.

Shanae brings 16 years of experience in nonprofit work, patient navigation, and community outreach. She has coordinated numerous health education programs and served as a train-the-trainer for various initiatives.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her large family, especially her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Ā Her interests include volunteering, watching action movies, and thanks to her late grandfather, she is a ā€œDodger’s girlā€.
